Design of a photovoltaic system and its economic evaluation
Hausner, Josef ; Haluza, Miroslav (referee) ; Pěcha, Jiří (advisor)
This Bachelor’s thesis deals with design of the photovoltaic system on a roof of a prefabricated house. In the theoretical part the current technology of photovoltaic cells and panels is analyzed. The next part clarifies current legislative conditions in the Czech Republic. A photovoltaic system is designed in the practical part. In the last part, the project is economically evaluated using a method of the net present value and the internal rate of return.
Inovation of a photovoltaic power system with battery storage
Pallová, Ivana ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the Innovation of the existing power plant with battery storage. In the theoretical part, the individual parts of the photovoltaic power plant are introduced, the principle of operation of the photovoltaic cell and the individual types of these cells are desribed. The work also deals with the description of the existing photovoltaic power plant and their components. Subsequently, a battery systém and otherpossibilities of Innovation with the possibility of a subsidy and without it are designed. In the final part, the most advantageous solution is evaluated according to the performes simulations.
Solar systems utilization for family house energy demand
Šamanová, Jaroslava ; Toman, Filip (referee) ; Sitek, Tomáš (advisor)
Solar systems are more and more common part of residential houses. Main reason for this, is that solar elements are state-supported with subsidies, which is reducing payback time of these investments. At the same time, the prices for these systems are dropping. The state support is connected with effort to reduce dependancy on non-renewable energy sources, e.g. coal powerplants, which are polluting atmosphere. State administration i salso the reason for large scale solar powerplant constructions, which are, according to some opinions, misshaping the landscape and covering large areas of sometimes fertile land.
Usage of thermovision for detection of defected modules in solar system
Strnadel, Jan ; Tošer, Pavel (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This thesis deals with using thermography to detect defect of photovoltaic panels. There is research of the effect of climatic conditions to photovoltaic panel temperature. At the end of the thesis is degradation of pv panels calculated.
Design of a photovoltaic power system with battery storage for household purposes
Potential Production of Electric Energy by Photovoltaic Panel and Tiles in Urban Area
Dvořáček, Jan ; Vrána, Michal (referee) ; Paar, Martin (advisor)
The bachelor's thesis deals with possible form of installation photovoltaic power plant on building, shading analysis and impaly possible way of calculation potential production of elektrical energy. In thesis is describe basic division and diferent methods of instalation photovoltaic systems. The following charter describing source of shading, shading analysis and effect of fading on photovoltaic moduls. The thesis include different way of calcuation potential production of elektrical energy by photovoltaic power plant. The practical part deals with the analysis of a selected area and the calculation of potential electrical energy using photovoltaic modules and photovoltaic roof tiles with chosen calculation method.
Concept of Charging Stations with off-grid Operation for Electric Bicycles
Leitman, Valentín ; Morávek, Jan (referee) ; Mastný, Petr (advisor)
This thesis deals with charging stations for electric bicycles powered by renewable energy. The aim of this work is to make a proposal for the hybrid charging stations for electric bicycles, which will work independently and, if necessary, will be backed up by a network. In this thesis is entered theoretical information on the issue of electric bicycles, the batteries, charging stations, the connectors of chargers, and photovoltaic systems. The practical part of this thesis is the basic design of the charging station and its design of the mathematical model of the individual parts in Simulink program, which are linked to the actual design of the charging station. In conclusion, this thesis deals with energy and economic analysis of the proposed system, therein included various methods of assessing investment recommendations of appropriate processing methods and overall assessment of the subject.
Domestic electricity production from renewable sources
Halamíček, Milan ; Fiedler, Jan (referee) ; Pospíšil, Jiří (advisor)
The present bachelor thesis describes utilization of renewable resources, which can be used for production of electric energy. It presents three ways, one of them is wind power plant, the second is photovoltaic system and the last one is water power plant. There are suggested two ways of electric energy supply to family houses including economic evaluation.
Monitoring of air flow around photovoltaic modules
Herman, Michal ; Křivík, Petr (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the flow of air around photovoltaic modules and the associated effect on their temperature and overall performance. In the thesis, a device for sensing the mentioned quantities is designed and it is compared with similar types of devices in terms of price, dimensions and accuracy. Furthermore, the thesis describes the placement of individual sensors and sensing interval of quantities. In the second part of the thesis, long-term stored data are plotted in graphs and the extend to which they affect the photovoltaic system is evaluated.
Design of a photovoltaic power system three-person household in Ústi nad Orlicí area
Wohner, Marek ; Jandová, Kristýna (referee) ; Vaněk, Jiří (advisor)
The bachelor thesis deals with the theoretical analysis of individual concepts related to photovoltaics and the design of a photovoltaic power plant. At the beginning of the bachelor thesis we find the history of photovoltaics and an explanation of the photovoltaic phenomenon.
